Digital products are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

If you did not receive your purchase, the file is broken, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Event tickets can be refunded if the event is cancelled. Telegram subscriptions can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
